A permanently slimmer body !

Carboxytherapy is a technique found in the care provided in the best spa treatment centres. Since 1932, it has been prized for the treatment of venous and arterial problems. Non-invasive, this technique is not very painful.
The principle consists in transforming CO2 into oxygen and diffusing it into superficial tissues. Its action aims to:

Improve tissue oxygenation
Moisturize the skin
Stimulate collagen production for better elasticity
Improve tissue vascularization (ideal for the treatment of visible dark circles)

Treatment by carboxytherapy
Carbon dioxide injection is carried out using a carboxypen and micro-needles.
The duration of the session is 20 to 30 minutes. Since the gas spreads easily under the skin the number of injections is low.

In which cases is carboxytherapy recommended?
We recommend carboxytherapy to our clients who wish to treat the following problems:

  • Dark circles: oxygenation of the tissues helps to reduce the colour of the rings.
  • Cellulite: by acting as a lymphatic drainage, the gas acts on fat cells and destroys them.
  • Stretch marks: carboxytherapy is the most effective technique to considerably reduce stretch marks. It acts on the cells of the dermis and increases the production of collagen and fibroblasts.
  • Skin sagging: the production of oxygen rehydrates the skin, which has the effect of fighting against its aging while improving its appearance.

Cases where carboxytherapy is contraindicated
Carboxytherapy is an effective treatment, but we do not recommend it to the following people:

  • Pregnant and breastfeeding women
  • People with hypertension (hypertension)
  • People who have recently had phlebitis
  • Epileptics
  • Patients on anticoagulants

The treatment lasts 10 to 12 weeks at the rate of one session per week. A monthly maintenance session is recommended to prolong the results.
